Registration on the day

Please ensure that you register with the ringmaster at least 20 minutes before your tee-off time
to allow the playing ringmasters to prepare for their round. If you are late, the ringmaster may already
be at the practice range or on the first tee, it is your responsibility to find them there.

Please note the Ring Master's contact details (see the Committee page) - on the morning of each competition
the IGC phone will also be switched through to the Ring Master of the day.

Last Minute Changes

If for any reason you want to:

  • book late (to be avoided please because it can lead to disappointment, we have to confirm the numbers
    with our host club on Thursday afternoon and cannot guarantee that a slot will be available)
    or cancel please phone the IGC number 0473-593257
  • notify the organiser that you will be late for your tee off time - please contact the committee member
    responsible (the Ring Master) for that day's event (contact details also here)
